Sole responsible for all internal
communication in Denmark.
The language was mainly English and the job included:
Weekly email newsletter to all employees. Subject selection, writing and
layout.
Short intranet articles about current issues.
Distribution of urgent e-mails in cooperation with Security,
Human Resource, Finance, etc.
Draft and production of brochures, posters and merchandise in
relation to projects and events, often in close cooperation / sparring with ad
agencies and other external suppliers
Webmaster of
4-5 websites. Sole responsible for content and layout of the Nokia Denmark
intranet site as well as the Danish Site Communications site. Responsible for
layout and maintenance of changing sites, i.e. Travel department, canteen, HR
and Art Club, as well as numerous project oriented sites. All web work was done
in Nokia’s own Lotus Notes based CMS, Website Builders Toolbox.
2001–2003 Establishing of
Internal Communications
Was one third of a work team that
established Nokia Denmark’s
Internal Communications unit from scratch. The work included everything from
demand analysis, over planning to actual launch and maintenance. In 2003 I took
over full responsibility for the unit.
1996-2001 Secretarial / assistant jobs
The work included:
Meeting, seminar and training planning for the management group.
Travel planning and settling.
Preparing presentations. Mostly making other’s notes and key words into
understandable and easily accessible material and give it all a creative touch
with illustrations and diagrams.
Editing and proofreading correspondence, reports and presentations. Mainly in English.
Preparing and maintaining numerous databases.
Drafting and ordering merchandise for projects and events.
Composing internal logos.
1996–1998 Recruiting
The work included:
Drafting and putting job ads in newspapers.
Co-ordination and administration of recruitment processes. Registration of applicants, call-in
for job interviews and all correspondence related to the process.
